(Pronounced two by two)
First of all it is not just about television commercials. Today video is vital to business success. Every business needs training, marketing (promotion) and advertising and often a lot more. Perhaps it is a lecture, an event, a webinar, screencasting or some other story-telling video. Video has come and is here to stay.
Video is now the medium of choice for many web sites. Since there are several video hosting sites most search engines now treat video in a class of its own, giving companies more than one listing thus increasing odds in being found. Effective commercial videos are no more than two minutes long. Why? Longer videos don't hold the attention of web surfing individuals.
"Most of my presumptions about a production are usually wrong."
2X2 Media has the staff and experience to help you create the best possible video for your company. Beginning with concept development, script writing, storyboarding, pre-production planning, assigning the right videographer, overseeing the production (directing), editing and provide all post-production. If necessary we can even assure distribution.
It is often said "we'll fix it in post-production!" Generally speaking you should try to avoid 'fixing' video in post, but unfortunately things happens during filming that are unavoidable. But post-production is a lot more than a way to fix something. It is during post-production when a good video is made into a great video. Graphics are added, music is provided, audio is enhanced, voiceovers are added and the list goes on. Post is way more than a pit-stop!
Our post-production services include (but not limited to) graphic support including animation, music, voiceovers, chroma key (green screen production), audio processing, editing and we keep adding to the list. If you need something that is not listed here contact us!

There are a number of online video hosting sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Crackle, Brightcove, Oculu and many more (some free and some not so free). No matter where you host your video (or if you host your own video), we help you determine the proper video format, file format, resolution, optimization, etc.
High-Definition Media Interface
A digital interface that carries both HD video and audio in a single connector. Its ablity to communicate critical interface information automatically makes this interface popular with both consumer electronics and pro gear.
Resolution is a measure of the number of pixels a video contains both horizontally and vertically. For many years video was defined as 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels tall or simply 640X480 (now known as standard definition or SD). High definition has two popular ratios 1280X720 (also known as 720, used by HD TV) and 1920X1080 (or just 1080, used in Blu Ray video reproduction). There are others such as 4K resolution (3840X2160 to 4096X3112), can you say wow!
What does the "i" or "p" after 720 or 1080 mean? i=interlaced p=progressive
An interlaced image displays every other line beginning with odd lines followed by the even lines a fraction of a second later. Progressive images scan sequentially from top to bottom providing a much clearer image.
